Multi-Skilled Electrician – Central London
Location: Central London
Pay: £23.00 – £26.00 per hour (Umbrella / PAYE, depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 20:00
Contract: Temporary (Long-Term Sickness Cover)
Start Date: 27 April 2026
End Date: 14 May 2027

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across electrical and building systems
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues and faults
- Operate and manage fire alarm panels confidently
- Support general building maintenance tasks where required
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of works carried out

Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience in a commercial building maintenance environment
- Confident using and managing fire alarm panels (essential)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Right to Work in the UK
