Are you an experienced Electrician with a strong background in commercial building maintenance? A leading FM organisation is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrician across the West Midlands and Warwickshire to support planned, reactive and installation works within its growing portfolio.

The Role

As The Multi-Skilled Electrician, You’ll

  • Deliver electrical installation works across commercial environments.
  • Complete planned, reactive and remedial maintenance.
  • Carry out fault-finding across lighting, power, HVAC controls and associated systems.
  • Undertake inspection, testing and condition reporting.
  • Work with single and three-phase LV distribution, containment and final circuit cabling.
  • Complete minor works independently and support larger projects alongside site teams.
  • Carry out M&E asset verification and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
  • Ensure all work complies with BS 7671, IET regulations and H&S requirements.

You

To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • C&G Level 3 2357 or equivalent and a relevant electrical apprenticeship.
  • AM2 qualification.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Registered ECS card.
  • 5+ years’ building maintenance experience, including planned and reactive works.
  • Strong Electrical Fault-finding Skills, Including Experience With HVAC Equipment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to complete Enhanced DBS and National Police Vetting requirements.
