Multi-Skilled Electrician

Doncaster (DN11 area – Iport)
£18.77 per hour (PAYE)
Full-time, temporary
27 April 2026 – 30 July 2026

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrician to work at a large, fast-paced commercial site in Doncaster. This is a full-time temporary role with an immediate start.

Working hours:

40 hours per week (shift pattern to be confirmed)

About the role:

You will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and building systems, ensuring all works are completed safely and to agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns
  • Fault finding and repair across electrical and mechanical systems
  • Reporting defects and updating maintenance records via PDA
  • Completing small installation works
  • Supporting site engineering emergencies
  • Maintaining strong relationships with client representatives
  • Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards

Requirements:

  • Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
  • Test & Inspection knowledge (desirable)
  • Experience working within PPM schedules
  • Strong understanding of building systems (lighting, power, fire alarms, BMS etc.)
  • Experience in a customer-facing or critical environment preferred
  • Good communication and organisational skills
