Multi Skilled Engineer Opportunity
We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Facilities Management team based in Oaks Park High School, Newbury Park.
Location

Hours
40 hours per week

About the Role
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our buildings remain safe, functional, and welcoming. You'll be primarily based at Oaks Park High School while providing support to our Greenwich Care Homes as needed. This permanent position offers a collaborative environment where your technical expertise will be valued and nurtured.
Responsibilities
- As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the Facilities Management Team, supporting them in maintaining building systems and infrastructure.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks, including Legionella testing.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building fabric systems.
- Performing minor installation works, refurbishment, and system adjustments.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities.
- Participating in a 1-in-3 week on-call rota to provide essential emergency support.

Requirements
This role of Multi Skilled Engineer is great for you if:
- You have solid experience in building maintenance with electrical qualifications (17th or 18th Edition).
- You're passionate about delivering excellent service with attention to detail.
- You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- You're comfortable with digital systems for maintenance management.
