Multi-Skilled Engineer

Salary: £54,000 + 7% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Continential Pattern

Some engineering vacancies exist because people leave. This one exists because somebody was promoted.

Opportunities to join this manufacturing site are genuinely rare. Engineers build long-term careers here, developing their skills, progressing internally and, more often than not, staying until retirement.

As a result of continued investment and internal progression, we're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a highly respected engineering team within a market-leading FMCG manufacturing environment.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Rare opportunity to join a business with exceptionally low staff turnover
  • Genuine career progression and development pathways
  • Established culture of promoting from within
  • Modern, fast-paced manufacturing environment with significant investment
  • Work alongside experienced engineers who are passionate about continuous improvement
  • Opportunity to make a visible impact on production performance and reliability

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
