We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our established engineering team based at a prestigious commercial site in the heart of Bond Street, London.

The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a high-end commercial building, ensuring all plant and equipment operates safely and efficiently.

You will also provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional image and building strong relationships with the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Maintain and repair plant including: Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Pumps, Valves, General mechanical plant
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
- Accurately update and manage tasks using a CAFM system.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support engineers across nearby sites in Mayfair and Belgravia when required.
- Learn and work with additional building systems, including BMS and lighting controls.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Recognised electrical qualifications.
- A strong mechanical maintenance background.
- Experience working within commercial building maintenance.
- Confidence using CAFM systems.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A professional, smart and presentable appearance.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- A flexible attitude, including occasional early starts or late finishes.
- Availability to undertake overtime during evenings and weekends when required.
- A willingness to learn new systems and continually develop your technical skills.
