Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Nights 17:45 – 06:15

We are partnering with one of the world's leading manufacturers of premium products in Coventry who are seeking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineer.
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, award-winning manufacturer investing heavily in its people, technology, and facilities. Playing a pivotal role in keeping production running efficiently while supporting the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment as the business continues its exciting growth journey.

The Opportunity
As a key member of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining the manufacturing facility through a combination of planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, ensuring maximum uptime and equipment reliability.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding quickly to mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs.
- Supporting the installation and commissioning of new production equipment.
- Completing condition-based monitoring activities.
- Maintaining accurate records using the CMMS system.
- Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.
- Working closely with Production and Engineering teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promoting a strong health and safety culture across the site.
Experience required
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment. 50% Electrical, 50% Mechanical.
- Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification.
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with reactive, preventative, and planned maintenance.
- A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
