Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days and nights, working 6-6 Salary: up to £62,300 per annum depending on experience and skills

Are you already a Multi Skilled, Shift, Electrical or Maintenance Engineer with previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment?
We are looking to appoint experienced Multi Skilled Engineers to join our growing team in Enfield. At our Enfield site, you’ll join around 500 colleagues and work across 5 operating plants – all within a culture that values teamwork, development, and innovation. The Recipe
Our Multi Skilled Engineers work in shift teams in close conjunction with production, safety and hygiene. The team undertake planned and preventative maintenance and are encouraged to use their engineering skills and experience to develop robust solutions and long-term fixes. There's a huge variety of tasks that will range from general plant maintenance to improving plant reliability and diagnosing problems before they develop.

Key Accountabilities and Measures
- Ensure daily preventative maintenance activities are completed to a high standard
- Breakdowns are resolved quickly and efficiently to maximise plant reliability, performance, product quality and safety
- Drive improvements in asset reliability and reduce losses
- Effective use of SAP PM
- Ensure plant and personnel (including external contractors) conform to Health and Safety legislation, policy and standards
Essential Ingredients
- Electrical and Mechanical engineering experience
- Fault Finding and Route Cause Analysis skills
- Structured and practical engineering training (e.g. apprenticeship/HNC/degree)
- Knowledge and experience of maintenance preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
- H&S knowledge e.g., PUWER, IOSH – able to ensure a safe working environment
- Analysing and problem-solving skills, anticipates problems before they occur and takes steps to deal with them
