About The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mobile Engineer to support the Siemens portfolio across London, Slough, and the wider South region. The successful candidate will be electrically biased ideally, with the ability to undertake a range of general building maintenance tasks and minor repairs across multiple sites.
Working within professional corporate environments, the engineer will be responsible for delivering a safe, compliant, and high-quality maintenance service while building positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders.
Days of Working: Monday to Friday with additional on-call cover, covering weekends and evenings on a rota with optional overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the Siemens estate.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Undertake basic mechanical and fabric maintenance works where required.
- Support statutory compliance activities and assist with contractor supervision.
- Complete maintenance records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Respond to reactive call-outs and emergency situations.
- Act as a professional and customer-focused representative of OCS when engaging with site teams and client stakeholders.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practice.

Essential Hiring Criteria:
- Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
- Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in building maintenance within commercial environments.
- Ability to undertake a broad range of basic maintenance tasks beyond electrical works.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
