Multi-Skilled Engineer, Food Manufacturing - £58,000 | 4 on 4 off | Days / Nights

We're recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer for a large-scale site in Lincolnshire, easily commutable from Sleaford, Lincoln, Metheringham, North Hykeham, and Grantham, part of a major, established food group with operations across the UK and Europe.

It's a busy, high-output environment where engineering has a direct impact on production performance. The equipment is varied, the pace is real, and when something goes down, you'll be expected to find the fault and get it moving again.

This isn't a role for someone who wants every problem neatly diagnosed before it reaches them.

You'll be hands-on across production equipment, supporting the wider engineering team to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and stop repeat failures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
