A Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) is required in London to deliver electrical and general building maintenance across a growing portfolio of workspaces.

Working as a foot-mobile engineer, you'll cover planned and reactive maintenance, electrical fault-finding, testing and small installations, alongside supporting contractors and wider building operations.
The Role
As The Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias), You'll
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance across multiple London buildings.
- Fault-find lighting and small power systems and complete EICR remedial works.
- Carry out periodic testing, emergency lighting checks, containment and small installations.
- Assess faults, complete repairs or recommend an appropriate specialist contractor.
- Inspect sites, identify major repair requirements and oversee contractor works when required.
- Support tenant move-ins and complete general tasks including light carpentry.

About You
To be successful as the Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias), you'll have:
- Proven experience within maintenance or construction.
- Practical experience using electrical equipment and general hardware tools.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and relevant health and safety practices.
- City & Guilds 2382, NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Services or an ECS/JIB Gold Card.
- Strong fault-finding, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Confidence working independently, within a team and in client-facing environments.
- The right to work in the UK.
