Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Role: Multi Skilled Engineer – Electrical Engineer Bias
Hours: 40hrs/week
Location: Cumbria, CA28 7UW

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our Technical Services team. You will deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across client sites, ensuring electrical and building services systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
Role Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works across electrical systems and building services.
- Fault-finding, diagnosis, and repair of distribution boards, motors, pumps, building management systems, emergency lighting, and general electrical plant.
- Supporting mechanical maintenance tasks such as HVAC systems, pumps, valves, air handling units, basic plumbing, and basic fabric works.
- Inclusion in the on-call rota.
You will have strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience, ideally gained within facilities management or commercial or industrial building services environments. All work must be completed in full compliance with BS 7671, Mitie technical standards, and statutory requirements, with job progress and documentation accurately maintained.

Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
- 18th edition
