Multi-Skilled Engineer

London | £40,000 to £48,000 + profit share | Permanent | Company Van

We’re recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover commercial properties across London.

The role will involve a mixture of plumbing, electrical, and general building/fabric maintenance, so we're looking for someone with solid experience in at least two of these areas.

What you'll be doing

  • Attending commercial maintenance and reactive call-outs across London
  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
  • Completing electrical maintenance within your qualifications
  • Carrying out general fabric works, including minor carpentry and building repairs
  • Servicing HIUs and associated controls, with training available
  • Completing job reports and keeping the office updated on works
  • Working directly with customers and site teams
  • Escalating specialist or out-of-scope works where required

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience in at least two of the following: Plumbing, Electrical, or Fabric/Handyman
  • Relevant qualification in at least one core trade, such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent, or 10+ years' practical experience
  • 18th Edition required where electrical is a core trade
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working on commercial sites and travelling across London
