A Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias) is required in London to provide first-line mechanical maintenance across a growing portfolio of workspaces.

The Role
As The Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias), You'll
- Diagnose mechanical, controls and electrical faults and determine appropriate repairs.
- Replace valves, actuators, TRVs and tap cartridges and complete minor pipework alterations.
- Take pressure and temperature readings and complete fan and motor replacements.
- Carry out site inspections and identify requirements for major repairs.
- Oversee contractor visits and check completed works meet required standards.
- Support general maintenance, minor installations and light carpentry tasks.

About You
To be successful as the Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias), you'll have:
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in a relevant mechanical discipline.
- Proven experience within maintenance or construction.
- Practical experience using general tools and electrical equipment.
- Basic electrical knowledge and strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence communicating with clients and working independently across multiple sites.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and health and safety awareness.
- The right to work in the UK.
Gas Safe registration, F-Gas Category I, Legionella/L8, 18th Edition or City & Guilds 2391 qualifications would be advantageous.
