Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias
We are partnering with a fast-scaling business currently expanding its core engineering group and looking to appoint a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Electrical bias.
About the Role
The main purpose of your role will involve
- Working as part of the maintenance team reacting to and resolving day-to-day issues
- Working closely with other departments and production lines to identify improvements
- High-level fault finding on both electrical and mechanical applications
- Working a 24/7 rotating Panama shift pattern

Day To Day
- Operate machinery and equipment to the required standards
- Set up machinery in preparation for production operations
- Periodically test the operation of machine safety features
- Complete planned and preventative maintenance schedules ensuring the results are clearly recorded and validated
- Complete routines and works orders including recording parts used and time taken to build an accurate plant history
- Review of maintenance routines to ensure best use of resources
- Storing and recording of maintenance routines
- Recording of plant breakdowns or work requests to build an accurate plant history
- Providing simple easy access to associated procedures, drawings, and manuals
- Ensuring all breakdowns are reported and recorded to failure mode level

You Will Need
As a must...
- Be time served
- Previous experience with a manufacturing/process environment
- Be flexible to work in all areas of the manufacturing facility
- Be able to commit to the Panama rota
