Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated multi skilled engineer to join our team.
Role Description
The Multi Skilled Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position with head office based in Leeds, responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include carrying out reactive and planned maintenance, diagnosing and resolving building services issues, and completing minor installations and refurbishments in line with safety and compliance standards. The role involves attending scheduled and emergency call-outs, liaising with the helpdesk and site contacts, and accurately documenting work completed, materials used, and any follow-up actions required. The Multi Skilled Engineer will also support project works, contribute to continuous improvement of facilities, and ensure that all activities maintain a safe, clean, and customer-ready environment.

Qualifications
- Strong technical skills across multiple building services disciplines (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance) with the ability to diagnose and repair common issues.
- Experience in reactive and planned maintenance within commercial environments, including familiarity with refurbishments, fit-outs, and minor project works.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations, safe working practices, and compliance requirements relevant to facilities management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and maintenance schedules, and to complete accurate job reports and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage workloads independently.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
- Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship (e.g., building services, plumbing, or mechanical) and valid industry certifications are highly beneficial.
- Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel to client sites when required.

Desirable Skills & Experience
