Salary: £59,069.52 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, 4 on 4 off shift pattern (6am - 6pm)
Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, TA5 1UD
G4S Facilities Management are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer (Plumbing Bias) on a full-time, permanent basis based at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater.
We are looking for a fully qualified and experienced individual to work on a mobile basis, across a range of sites, to maintain and repair assets, building fabric, services and estate. Unvented and vented training on pressured systems and experience of building and facilities maintenance is essential. The successful candidate will hold a high level specialism such as plumbing, gas fitting.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate, execute, and close out all PPM and reactive maintenance via CAFM, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.
- Lead on-site engineers, technicians, and contractors, while supporting cross-skilling across the team
- Deal with all daily issues on site, raise reactive tasks as necessary with central service desk and ensure tasks are allocated correctly, progressed within agreed timescales and closed out, extended or mitigated where necessary to minimise deductions.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair M&E, HVAC, heating, security systems, and building fabric assets using technical manuals and drawings.
- Manage daily site issues, respond safely to breakdowns, and participate in the on-call/emergency rota.
- Maintain tools and equipment safely, manage SLA risks to minimize financial deductions, and assist with technical reporting.

Essential Requirements
- Fully qualified and experienced plumbing or mechanical engineer with electrical training
- Proven track record in building and facilities maintenance
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to plan and schedule your own workload

- Full, clean driving license
