Are you a recently qualified engineer looking for your first step into a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Multi-Skilled Engineer who has recently completed an Engineering Apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or equivalent engineering qualification. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful FMCG manufacturing business where you'll gain hands-on experience, develop your technical skills, and build a long-term career within a supportive engineering team.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Engineering team, you'll support the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment across our production site. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will:

- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
- Assist with fault finding and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Support production teams to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
- Help identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
- Learn and develop your skills across a range of manufacturing systems and technologies.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from candidates who have:
- Recently completed an Engineering Apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification.
- A background or interest in Food Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, FMCG, or a related sector.
- A good understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for engineering and continuous improvement.
