Salary: £56,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday Nights 17:45 – 06:15
Job Type: Permanent | Full Time

ENB are partnering with a manufacturing facility in Coventry who are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work 3 night shifts per week!

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, award-winning manufacturer investing heavily in its people, technology, and facilities. You will play a pivotal role in keeping production running efficiently while supporting the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment as the business continues its exciting growth journey.

As a key member of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining the manufacturing facility through a combination of planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, ensuring maximum uptime and equipment reliability.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Responding quickly to mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
  • Diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs.
  • Supporting the installation and commissioning of new production equipment.
  • Completing condition-based monitoring activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records using the CMMS system.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.
  • Working closely with Production and Engineering teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promoting a strong health and safety culture across the site.

Experience You Need:

  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment. 50% Electrical 50% Mechanical.
  • Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience with reactive, preventative, and planned maintenance.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Must live within a commutable distance to Coventry (1 hour commute maximum)
