Job Description
We are seeking a Multi skilled F&B team member to join our dynamic team in Ipswich, United Kingdom. This versatile role offers an exciting opportunity to work across both kitchen and front-of-house operations, providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

- Serve customers in the dining area, taking orders and delivering food and beverages
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash and card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and dining areas
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Adapt to various roles within the bar and dining area as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in food service operations

Qualifications
- Must live in the UK
- Previous experience in food service roles (preferred)
- Proficiency in food preparation and basic cooking techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent multitasking abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Flexibility to work in various roles and adapt to changing priorities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
