Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Winsford
Salary: £44,000 to £46,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday Rotating Shifts (No nights)
Benefits: Overtime, Pension, Life Assurance, holidays, Xmas shutdown
A global manufacturer is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. If you are the type of engineer that enjoys variety and technical challenge, this is a brilliant role in a strong team.
Role Description
- Electrical and Mechanical PPM's, Reactive & Breakdown maintenance
- Working within a Skilled Team
- Reporting into the Maintenance Manager
- Maintenance on fast-paced lines in a high-volume environment
- To contribute to kaizen projects working cross-functionally
- Machine installations
- Lots of internal & external training and development opportunities
- Adhering to Health & Safety on site at all times

Skills and Qualifications
- Time-Served, Apprenticeship with Mechanical or Electrical qualifications
- Strong Background within Packaging, FMCG, Food, or Plastic manufacturing. With a clear understanding of PM schedules
- Fault finding ability both Electrically & Mechanically
- Motivated to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, PLC's, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S, Continuous Improvement Methods
- Proven experience and drive to work in a fast-paced environment
