£45,000 - £46,000 + Overtime (OTE £62k) + 32 Days Holiday + Training + Company Benefits + Progression + 4-on 4-off days + Flexi Time

Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from an industrial background, looking to progress your career to a Maintenance Manager position within two years?
Are you looking to work a 4-on 4-off, days-only shift pattern with flexible hours and plenty of optional overtime paid at 1.5x?
In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance, servicing and fault finding across a range of equipment, including conveyors, motors and gearboxes. This is a varied position offering an excellent work-life balance, with a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern providing plenty of time off.

- Planned and reactive maintenance on a range of industrial machinery
- Maintenance and servicing of motors, gearboxes and conveyors
- 4-on 4-off shift pattern, 42 hours a week
- Flexible shift patterns, 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Optional overtime, paid at 1.5x
