The Role
As The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, You'll
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services.
- Fault-find, test and repair electrical equipment and complete small electrical installations.
- Carry out general building fabric maintenance and repairs.
- Inspect building services and respond proactively to faults and repair requirements.
- Update completed PPM tasks and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Support the setup of offices, event spaces and other areas when required.
- Follow site quality, health, safety and environmental procedures.

About You
To be successful as the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll have:
- City & Guilds or NVQ in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition qualification.
- Strong knowledge of building services engineering and a logical approach to fault finding.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a maintenance team.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- An electrical bias is preferred, although other multi-skilled backgrounds will be considered.
- IPAF, PASMA, BMS knowledge or HVAC experience would be advantageous.
