Winner Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer for a static site role based at Howdens in Raunds (NN9). This position involves carrying out both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the site, ensuring equipment and facilities remain operational, safe, and compliant.
Pay & Hours
- Pay Rate: £20.19 per hour
- Hours: 45 hours per week
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Respond to reactive maintenance issues across the site.
- Perform electrical, mechanical, and general building fabric repairs.
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Work to strict service level agreements (SLAs) and site procedures.
- Support the smooth operation of production and facility equipment.

Essential Requirements
- Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, BTEC or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role.
- Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Full right to work in the UK.
