The Multi Skilled Maintenance role is a full-time, on-site position based regionally across the UK.

In this role, the individual will perform routine and reactive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities within GP surgeries and dental practices.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Diagnosing faults
- Carrying out repairs
- Conducting preventive maintenance
- Ensuring all work aligns with health, safety, and compliance standards
The role also involves:
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Coordinating with external contractors when required
- Keeping accurate records of work completed
The individual will support continuous improvement of premises reliability and safety, contributing to a well-maintained environment for patients and healthcare staff.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for building systems and healthcare-related facilities.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance and general Maintenance to ensure reliable and safe operation of premises.
- Proficient Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and fabric issues efficiently.
- Relevant technical or vocational qualification in building services, engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements in healthcare environments.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a multi skilled maintenance role, ideally within healthcare or commercial properties.
- City and Guilds qualifications
- Good level of English - written and spoken
