Multi-Skilled Snagging & Remedial Works Operative

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to carry out a variety of snagging, maintenance, and general remedial works.
The Role
You will be responsible for covering all aspects of snagging and remedial works, including:

- Painting & decorating
- Patching & making good
- Plastering
- Joinery
- General remedial and maintenance works
- Completing snagging works to a high standard
- Ensuring all work areas are left clean, tidy, and ready for handover
Requirements
- Proven experience in multi-skilled remedial or snagging work
- In date CSCS card
- Competent across painting, patching, plastering, and joinery
- Own tools and reliable transport are essential
- Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good communication and a professional approach

Mileage & Expenses
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
- Mileage expenses paid weekly
- Own tools and transport required
