Multi Skilled Operative (Cleaning Team)
Full time/Part Time 37 hours per week

Work Location: On site working throughout the Trivallis portfolio

About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be someone who wants to make a difference, is flexible, committed to working as part of a team, and can work to tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work outdoors.
- Have experience of independent working and working as part of a team.
What You’ll Do…
The role involves working on a mobile basis within the Rhondda Cynon Taff area, as part of the Estates and Communities team.
You will provide an effective, efficient, and customer-focused service. This will include assisting with communal cleaning, grounds maintenance, general estate cleansing.
What You’ll Be Responsible For…
- Working in all cleaning, environmental, and grounds maintenance works.
- Required to establish good relationships with the public and assist the fore people in delivery of grass cutting, ground clearance, cleaning of communal areas, general laboring duties.
