Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 2-shift pattern:
- 6am-13:30pm
- 13:30pm-21:30pm with a 7pm Friday finish

In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and setting up a range of enclosing and finishing machinery, ensuring products are produced accurately, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. You'll also carry out quality checks, troubleshoot basic machine issues, and ensure all work is completed safely and securely.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up machines, load materials, and adjust settings to meet job specifications.
- Monitor collation, sealing, and finishing quality throughout production.
- Complete quality checks, reconciliations, and production records accurately.
- Prepare completed work for despatch while maintaining strict data and security standards.
- Keep machinery and work areas clean, report faults, and support other operators when required.
Required Experience
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Good mechanical awareness with the ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to follow job tickets, production schedules, procedures, and specifications.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and the importance of working securely and responsibly.
- Reliable team player who can work efficiently to deadlines and adapt to changing production requirements.
