We're looking for an exceptional Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance Operative to join us. If you take pride in your workmanship, solve problems without being asked, and treat every property as if it were your own, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Carry out a wide variety of maintenance works across residential and commercial properties, including:
- General property repairs
- Plumbing maintenance
- Carpentry
- Painting & decorating
- Tiling and flooring
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs
- Door, lock and window repairs
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Emergency maintenance where required
