ROLE: MultiSkilled Shift Supervisor
HOURS: 42 hours per week, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off
LOCATION: The Shard

We're looking for a MultiSkilled Shift Supervisor to oversee a team of engineers within a critical environment, ensuring all equipment and services are maintained and operated safely while delivering high standards of compliance and performance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure all equipment and services are kept and functioning safely and efficiently.
- Lead and supervise a team of day engineers and shift engineers, ensuring performance standards and KPIs are achieved.
- Ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed in line with scheduled dates.
- Prioritise Statutory and Mandatory maintenance tasks and ensure reactive tasks are completed within required priorities.
- Maintain compliance standards and accurately record work using IT systems and reporting tools.

Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent.
- HVAP qualification with relevant high-voltage experience.
- IEE 18th Edition Regulations (ideal).
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- Equivalent mechanical qualifications will also be considered with the appropriate level of experience.

Additional Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a critical environment, such as a Data Centre, would be advantageous.
- Experience carrying out all types of electrical installation, repair, maintenance and contract-related works.
- Must be available to join a call-out rota.
- Must hold UK citizenship and be able to complete DV clearance.
