About The Job

Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for quality, safety, and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a Multi Skilled Technician to join our high-performing team at Nutricia Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

About You 🌟

What You’ll Do

As a Multi Skilled Technician, you’ll work across both Manufacturing and Packing to ensure your line delivers on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Environment (SQCDME) KPIs using IWS tools and techniques. You’ll be empowered to:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment to the highest standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizens and proactive problem-solving
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Danone Quality Food Standards
  • Lead by example in safety, hygiene, and documentation practices
  • Rotate across areas such as Dispensing, Collation, Blending, and Packing

What Success Looks Like

  • Right First Time production with minimal downtime
  • High-quality output and adherence to safety and hygiene standards
  • Active contribution to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong collaboration and communication within the team

What You Bring

Essential

  • Experience in FMCG, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, 5S, and regulated environments (FDA/ISO)
  • Experience in high-care environments and change-controlled settings
