What you'll bring to the team

We’re on the lookout for a Multi-skilled Technician, responsible for the day to day maintenance of show equipment, rides, theming, and the facility, based at SEA LIFE London. Who wouldn’t want a job where sharks and penguins watch on as you go about your daily work!

About the role

On a typical day (if you can call it that!) you may be working at the attraction to carry out electrical and mechanical inspections and maintenance activities. Naturally this means you’ll be dealing with both routine maintenance and breakdowns and therefore you will work swiftly and with care to diagnose and rectify problems. Utilising your hands-on knowledge and experience you will sustain minimal downtime of rides and themed attractions for the maximum guest experience.

Your role will also include carrying out planned preventative maintenance checks, completing tasks as per work orders and installation, repair, and housekeeping works. You will ensure that all actions arising from inspection reports are reported to the Technical Supervisor and that all tasks are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
