The Candidate

You will be educated to a minimum of HNC (or equivalent), in an engineering discipline, preferably possess true Multi-Skilled capabilities being competent in both electrical and mechanical disciplines. Be able to demonstrate technical knowledge of building services and computer maintenance systems. Previous experience gained in a similar role would be advantageous, the Company will provide the relevant site specific training for candidates who do not possess all the necessary competencies. You should be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills and must be self-motivated. A high level of personal integrity and commitment is essential, as is a flexible approach.
