Key Responsibilities

• Assembly of We Seal machines to the correct specification, including the following:
  • The assembly of sub-assemblies
  • Fitting sub-assemblies to the machine
  • The building of the electrical panel
  • Wiring the machine
  • Loading the software onto the PLC and HMI’s
  • Creation of other ancillary electrical components
  • Fitting and testing of pneumatic components
  • Setting and testing the machine
  • Building sub-assemblies for dispatch to customers
  • The upgrade and refurbishment of machines
• Challenge existing processes and strive to improve standards and maximise performance.
• Cooperate and share knowledge with the Team members and Line Manager to help build and improve systems and existing processes, including the developing and updating of procedures.
• Report any H&S observation and quality matters directly to the Machinery Manager and/or HSEQ Lead.
