Multi-Skilled Tradesman & Labourer / Trainee Labourer

About Bonner Construction

Bonner Construction is a family run building company based in Warwickshire. We take on a wide range of residential building work, and we're proud of the reputation we've built with our clients for quality, reliability and straightforward honesty. As we grow, we're looking for skilled, dependable people to grow with us.

About the roles

We currently have two positions open:

Multi-Skilled Tradesman

We're looking for an experienced, multi-skilled tradesman to join our team. You'll be confident working across a range of building tasks, from groundworks through to finishing trades, and comfortable turning your hand to whatever a job needs. You'll take pride in a job done properly, work well as part of a small team, and be reliable enough that clients and colleagues know they can count on you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
