An Exciting Opportunity to Join a Growing Business

Clearpoint Farms is a rapidly growing and ambitious animal feed merchant, supplying high-quality feed, nutrition and agricultural products to farmers and livestock producers.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and commercially driven Multi-Species Animal Feed Sales Agent to join our team and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in animal feed sales who is looking for the opportunity to build and manage their own customer base, develop long-term relationships and be rewarded exceptionally well for their success.

The Role

Working across multiple livestock sectors, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing customer relationships, providing customers with high-quality feed and nutritional solutions tailored to their individual requirements.

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple species, potentially including:

  • Dairy and beef
  • Sheep
  • Poultry
  • Pig
  • Other livestock and agricultural enterprises

The successful candidate will be commercially minded, technically confident and passionate about agriculture, with the ability to understand customers' businesses and provide practical, profitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales across a defined geographical territory
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with farmers and livestock producers
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Manage and develop an existing customer base
  • Provide advice and support on animal feed and nutritional solutions
  • Work closely with customers to understand their individual requirements
  • Achieve agreed sales and gross margin targets
  • Keep up to date with developments in animal nutrition, feed products and the agricultural industry
  • Represent Clearpoint Farms Ltd professionally and positively within the farming community
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in animal feed sales, ideally with multi-species knowledge
  • Commercially driven and motivated by achieving results
  • Confident in building relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about livestock production and nutrition
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
  • Ambitious and keen to develop alongside a growing business
  • Comfortable identifying and winning new business
  • A full UK driving licence holder

Experience in animal feed, agricultural sales, nutrition or a related sector is essential. A strong existing network of farming contacts would be highly advantageous.
