Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.

MULTI SPORTS COACH

Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist

Sport brings people together, and you’ll be the one who makes it happen.

As our Multi Sports Coach, you’ll lead multi-sports sessions and group fitness classes on our brand-new Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) in Central London. Think football, basketball, badminton and volleyball; you’ll bring the energy, structure and fun to every session.

You’ll join a new ROVA Health team building five-star wellbeing experiences for a high-profile client. Every session is a chance to help someone feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to the people around them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
