Delta Sports Coaching is a sports coaching provider based in Worcestershire, delivering high-quality physical education and sports programs. The organization works across Primary, Secondary, Nursery, and Higher Education settings, offering PE lessons, after-school clubs, lunchtime activities, and enrichment provision. Delta Sports Coaching focuses on engaging learners of all ages in positive, inclusive sports experiences. The team aims to support schools and educational settings by promoting fitness, teamwork, and confidence through structured coaching sessions.
Role Description
This part-time Multi Sports Coach role is a hybrid position, based primarily in Worcester with some tasks that can be completed from home, such as planning sessions and administrative work. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Delivering engaging multi-sport sessions across different age groups.
- Supporting PE lessons.
- Running after-school and lunchtime clubs.
- Contributing to enrichment activities in various educational settings.

The coach will plan and adapt sessions to meet diverse needs and abilities, promote safe and inclusive participation, and communicate effectively with school staff, parents/carers, and learners. Additional duties may include:
- Basic reporting on attendance and progress.
- Assisting with promotional activities for programs.
- Maintaining equipment and resources.
Qualifications
- Strong Sports Coaching and Coaching skills, with experience delivering sessions in school or community environments.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to engage children and young people and collaborate with school staff and families.
- Practical Football coaching skills and confidence in delivering a range of other sports activities.
- Basic Sales or promotional skills to help raise awareness of programs and support participant recruitment.
- Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., UK coaching certifications, sport-specific badges) and safeguarding training are highly beneficial.
- Experience working with children and young people across varied abilities, and an understanding of inclusive and safe coaching practices, is desirable.
- Reliable transportation to travel between schools in Worcestershire and the ability to work flexible hours aligned with school timetables are important.
