What You'll Be Doing

You'll work within our Empty Homes team, carrying out repairs and refurbishment work to bring properties back up to a high standard before new customers move in.

Typical Work Includes

  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Plastering
  • General repairs
  • Finishing works

You'll manage your own workload across your local area while being supported by an experienced team.

  • Experience across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing and plastering essential)
  • High standards of workmanship

  • Full UK Driving Licence
