Multi Trade Operative
Current vacancies for Multi Trade Operative for a housing provider based in Dudley / Rowley Regis.
A mobile multi-tradesperson responsible for diagnosing and completing a broad range of responsive repairs and void maintenance.
- Ensuring all works are completed in compliance with current building / construction regulations and legislative requirements.
- Ensuring all works are conducted in compliance with current health & safety legislation, with method statements and risk assessments undertaken where appropriate.
- Meeting or exceeding all KPIs including (but not limited to) customer satisfaction scores, productivity levels, quality of work, 'right first time', recalls, and appointments kept.

- Level 2 minimum in a trade discipline.
- Experience of day-to-day plumbing and carpentry.
- A full UK driving license.
- DBS check.
- Good IT skills including use of a PDA system.
Van and tools provided.

Salary: £33000 - £35000 per year
