We’re looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative, Multi Trade Plumber, or Multi Trade Carpenter to join our successful reactive repairs and voids teams in Newton Abbot. Working across Teignbridge, you’ll deliver high-quality residential repairs, and void refurbishment works in our customers’ homes.

- Carry out a range of multi-trade domestic works, including plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and carpentry repairs. You’ll use your fault-finding and problem-solving skills across both occupied and unoccupied properties.
- Work primarily on planned and void refurbishment projects in vacant properties, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, with occasional reactive, emergency and routine repairs as required.
- Complete a variety of repairs, such as fixing broken taps, repairing leaking pipes, unblocking drainage, and carrying out general kitchen and bathroom repair work.
- Build positive working relationships with residents and colleagues while delivering a professional service in domestic settings.
What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative:
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification, or equivalent, in a relevant trade. Experience working in domestic properties is essential, while experience in social housing is desirable but not essential.
- Bring a genuine passion for improving people’s homes to a high standard, supported by excellent customer service skills and a positive, collaborative approach.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
