We are a well-established housing maintenance company looking for an experienced Plumber to join our growing team. You’ll carry out responsive repairs and general plumbing work across residential properties in London.

💰 Pay & Benefits:
- £16-£18 per hour (DOE)
- Monthly pay + overtime available

🕐 Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
- London-based work (mainly Greater London)
🔧 Requirements:
- Experience in reactive repairs
- Social housing experience (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence (manual)
- Own tools required
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills
- Other trade skills are a bonus
📋 Responsibilities:
- Attend reactive maintenance jobs
- Accurately record measurements & materials
- Take before/after job photos
- Report back on job progress & issues
- Recommend materials for future work
