Mobile Multi:Trader (Wet Rooms, Plastering and Tiling)

Location: Cambridge

Salary: GBP23.56 per hour PAYE plus Van and Fuel card

Employment Type: Temp: Ongoing work (12 months plus)

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Multi:Trader to join our busy domestic maintenance team. In this role, you will carry out high:quality repairs, refurbishments, and bathroom upgrades:including full and partial wet room adaptations:in occupied homes and void properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out bathroom refurbishments and wet room installations, including floor/wall prepping, tanking, and sealing.
  • Complete basic domestic plumbing works (sub:structure pipework, fitting sanitaryware, showers, taps, and drainage connections).
  • Perform patch plastering, wall skimming, and board repairs to a smooth, decorated finish.
  • Execute high:standard wall and floor tiling, including splashbacks, full bathroom walls, and safety flooring layout.
  • Deliver responsive repairs and refurbishment tasks in residential homes, ensuring properties are left clean, safe, and tidy.
  • Represent the company professionally when communicating with residents and clients on:site.

About You

  • Core Trade Skills: Proven experience in wet room installations, basic plumbing, patch plastering, and wall/floor tiling.
  • Environment: Strong background working in domestic properties, social housing, or residential maintenance.
  • Customer Focus: Polite, respectful, and comfortable working around residents in their homes.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, highly organized, and able to work independently using your own initiative.
  • Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (essential for van and mobile working).
