The Role
RGW are looking for 2 Conscientious Multi Skilled Tradesman to join our property maintenance team and Out of Hours Department (on a Rota'd basis).
The Successful Candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties will include carrying out emergency repairs in residential homes, a good knowledge of:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Lock changes/Forced entry
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Flooring
- Kitchen and Bathroom Fitting
- Planned void and FRA works
Salary is negotiable depending on Experience, Skill and professionalism

Responsibilities And Duties
- To Undertake emergency Response and planned Repairs to residential homes in London and the south east, Sussex and Kent.
- Achieve response times KPI's and update the clients accurately upon completion of each job using the PDA.

Qualifications And Skills
Only those with experience of responsive repairs and maintenance should apply, The successful candidate will have the appropriate:
- CSCS card
- Full Driving Licence
- Training in Asbestos Awareness, PPE, Manual Handling, Environmental awareness, FFP3 at Induction.

Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends
Hours on call covering emergency calls:
- 8.00AM 5.00 PM Monday to Friday, 5 day week
- Out of Hours emergency repairs on a rota basis over a 7 day period

Experience
- plumbing: 2 years (required)
- Carpentry: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification
- cscs (preferred)
- driving (preferred)
- DBS (preferred)

Salary
- £26,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
