Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary: Competitive, based on skills and experience
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
The Role
We are an established and growing refurbishment and property maintenance company seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Tradespeople.
Our work includes:
- Carpentry and joinery
- Plumbing and electrical work
- Plastering, tiling, and general building
- Roofing and window fitting
- Landscaping
- Planned and reactive maintenance
We are particularly interested in people with a strong background in electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. You do not need experience in every trade, but you should have one of those primary trades and be willing to undertake varied work.

You will complete repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment projects at client premises in Doncaster and, when required, further afield. You must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum five years’ relevant experience and/or a Level 2 NVQ or equivalent
- Practical experience in at least one relevant trade - electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
- Good general problem-solving skills
- A professional, reliable approach
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving license preferred
- Valid UK passport
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check if required
