What You’ll Do

  • Turn around void properties and carry out basic repairs (electrical/plumbing/trades).
  • Diagnose faults, identify hazards, and make safe/resolve where appropriate.
  • Record visits clearly—upload reports and condition videos promptly.
  • Be the link between tenants and our Service Centre—clear, proactive updates.
  • Pitch in on ad-hoc tasks and take part in an on-call rota when required.
