Job Overview
- Manage and grow key healthcare accounts through multi-channel engagement strategies
- Deliver strategic interactions with healthcare professionals via phone, video, email, and virtual platforms
- Develop and execute account plans aligned to client KPIs and objectives
- Build strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and stakeholders
- Analyse performance data to optimise engagement and sales effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of client projects
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic positioning

To be Successful
- Experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare sales or account management
- Strong multi-channel or remote selling experience
- Commercially driven with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards (e.g. ABPI)
