๐ผ The Role
As our Multi-Channel eCommerce Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance and commercial growth of multiple online marketplaces while working closely with our Head of eCommerce.
This is a commercially focused role where you'll manage trading performance, optimise marketplace operations, and identify new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability across all digital channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- ๐ Managing the performance of multiple eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- ๐ Driving online sales, revenue, profitability and customer acquisition.
- ๐ Optimising product listings, content, pricing and merchandising across all sales channels.
- ๐ Monitoring KPIs including revenue, conversion, traffic, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS and profitability.
- ๐ฆ Managing new product launches across multiple marketplaces.
- ๐ฏ Working closely with the Marketing team to maximise paid advertising and promotional campaigns.
- ๐ Improving SEO, CRO, A/B testing and customer journey optimisation.
- ๐ Analysing competitor activity, pricing strategies and emerging market trends.
- ๐ค Collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- ๐ Supporting expansion into new online marketplaces and international territories.
- ๐ก Identifying opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency and scale online growth.

๐ค What We're Looking For
We're looking for a commercially driven individual who combines analytical thinking with a passion for digital retail. You'll ideally have:
- โ 3+ years' experience managing multiple eCommerce marketplaces.
- โ Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central.
- โ Hands-on experience managing Shopify and other marketplace platforms.
- โ Experience trading across platforms such as eBay, TikTok Shop, Wayfair, Tesco Marketplace, B&Q Marketplace or similar.
- โ Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales data to drive business decisions.
- โ Knowledge of marketplace advertising, PPC, SEO, CRO and digital merchandising.
- โ Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- โ The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- โ Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.
