Multichannel Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Multichannel Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across a diverse range of channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on combining strategy with hands-on execution to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and grow brand presence.
As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll lead a team of specialists and take ownership of campaigns that deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience across digital, direct, retail, and telesales channels.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering a high-impact multichannel marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and maximises return on investment. From campaign planning to performance analysis, you’ll play a central role in driving growth and innovation across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of multichannel marketing specialists
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, direct, retail, and telesales channels
- Own the multichannel marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business goals
- Oversee content planning to maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer, and Divisional Marketing teams
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, delivering clear insights and KPI reporting
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and partners to deliver high-quality campaigns
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices
- Share knowledge and collaborate with international teams to drive continuous improvement
- Champion company values—customer first, passion, family spirit, respect, and accountability—across all marketing activity

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in multichannel or digital marketing, ideally in a management role
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, programmatic)
- Solid understanding of how different sales channels interact and drive performance
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for delivering innovative, impactful campaigns

- £50,000-£55,000 basic (DOE)
