Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Multidrop Owner Driver role based in Cambridge. The Multidrop Owner Driver will use their own vehicle to complete multiple deliveries and collections throughout the day, following planned routes and schedules.

- Loading parcels
- Checking delivery information
- Driving safely between locations
- Obtaining proof of delivery from customers
- Maintaining accurate records
- Handling parcels with care
- Communicating with the operations team about any delays, issues, or route changes
- Keeping the vehicle in good working order
- Complying with all road and safety regulations
- Providing a professional, courteous service to customers at each stop
Qualifications
- Strong driving skills with a clean and valid driver’s license suitable for the vehicle used.
- Ability to plan routes, follow schedules, and manage time effectively to complete multiple deliveries.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and coordinating with the operations team.
- Basic record-keeping skills for logging deliveries, collections, and proof of delivery information.
- Ownership or regular access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle suitable for parcel delivery work.
- Physical ability to load, unload, and carry parcels safely, including navigating stairs or long walks as needed.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail when handling packages and documentation.
- Familiarity with Cambridge and surrounding areas, or willingness to learn local routes efficiently.
- Comfort using smartphones or handheld devices for navigation and delivery tracking applications.
- Previous experience in courier, delivery, logistics, or similar roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
